Pro Crane works tirelessly to provide our operators with year-round up to date training in all aspects of safe mobile crane operation.

We rely on a combination of weekly in-house and third party training as well as encouraging each operator to share their personal experience on a daily basis. We also participate in and encourage:

• Site Specific Training
• Contractor Orientation
• Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• “Tailgate” Safety Meetings
• Pre-lift meeting at each new jobsite before the crane is ever setup.

At Pro Crane, our first priority is the safety of our team members at the job site, regardless of the project size. We take pride in our employees and working conditions. That is why we also have an in-house safety officer who is responsible for implementing and monitoring our safety policies and procedures.
